Our admissions process is simple, personalised, and responsive to your family's needs, with multilingual support available for international families. Our doors are always open.

The admission process

Start your child's journey with confidence. Complete the application and get ready for an exciting start.

  • 01

    Initial registration

    Complete the enquiry form and include a front-facing photo of the applicant, which can be taken using a mobile phone. Once finished, check your email and confirm your email address to continue with the process.

  • 02

    Sending documents

    Send the scanned application documents to this email address. If the applicant is an international student, include the district equivalency certificate.

  • 03

    Interview and tests

    Attend the family interview and assessments on the scheduled date. Apply at any time during the year, with a range of appointment options available to ensure a convenient and comfortable experience.

  • 04

    Process results

    Our management team will review your application. Once the admissions process has been approved, you will have five days to reserve your place. After this period, the applicant will be placed on the waiting list.

Admissions FAQs

  • Registration Form (available via QR code).
  • Identity card of father, mother and applicant, scanned in color on both sides.
  • Notebook for the current year with all the partials elapsed and final notebook for last year.

Students with special needs:

  • Current medical reports from specialists.

For students studying abroad:

  • Certificate of equivalence of studies from the Samborondón Education District.
  • Prompt payment: 4% per payment within the first 5 days of each month.
  • Agreement: 10% (if applicable to any of the current options).
  • Children of former students of the Liceo Panamericano: 20%.
  • 2nd child: 5% discount on pensions.
  • 3rd child: 10% discount on pensions.

Note: No discount is applied on discount.
The payment method is by automatic debit.

Online form

  • Complete the virtual form in fixed capital letters and without an accent.
  • Include a photo of the applicant (face from the front).
  • Submit the form and accept the confirmation email from Adobe.

    Receipt of documents
  • Send the scanned documents by email within 4 days to:
    admissions.Sambo@liceopanamericano.edu.ec

Interview and tests

The Admissions Department will indicate dates for family interviews and admissions tests.

  • Reservation of quota
  • After approval, make the reservation payment within 5 days by transfer or payment link (send receipt).
  • Document Signing

After payment, go to the Secretariat to sign documents.

  • Preschool: aptitude and skills tests.
  • Primary and Middle School: psychological test, Mathematics, Language and English.
