She holds a Doctorate in Education and is a highly respected professional with a distinguished career in the education sector. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership and academic roles, contributing to the strengthening of educational projects. Her expertise focuses on educational management, leadership and institutional innovation. She holds a Doctorate in Educational Research and Planning, Master’s degrees in Human Talent Management and Family Educational Counselling, and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Linguistics. She has received several honours for educational merit from the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Labour and the National Assembly. She is President of FUNEAP, a member of the Rotary Club of Guayaquil and former Principal of Colegio Americano de Guayaquil.
Our Head of Learning is a Psychopedagogue and holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She leads the processes focused on the continuous improvement of learning across the school. Her role centres on supporting teachers, implementing educational practices aligned with ISP and IB international standards, and integrating innovative approaches that enhance meaningful learning. She is recognised for her collaborative leadership, warmth, agility in management and strong commitment to an education that responds to today’s challenges and promotes the holistic development of the school community.
She holds Master’s degrees in Neuroeducation and in Learning, Cognition and Educational Development. She began her professional career as an English teacher and later served as Early Years Principal at a school in Mexico, leading educational processes focused on the holistic development of students. She currently works as Primary English Coordinator, where she drives curriculum improvement, teaching innovation and the strengthening of classroom practice. She has championed educational approaches grounded in neuroeducation, making an ongoing contribution to the development and transformation of teaching and learning processes.
She is recognised for her extensive experience in bilingual education, Cambridge international certifications and the development of educational initiatives with a global outlook. She has served as English Coordinator and Cambridge examiner, and has also been involved in international programmes such as TED-Ed and Coding, leading curriculum development processes, teacher support and the promotion of high academic standards. She is currently Primary Principal at Liceo Panamericano Samborondón, part of the ISP network, where she drives practices aligned with the International Baccalaureate and the holistic development of students.
She has an academic and leadership profile specialised in early childhood education, supported by a Master's degree in Technology and Pedagogical Innovation and a Bachelor's degree in English Language with a specialisation in Linguistics and Literature. As Director, she sees early education as the foundation for developing lifelong learning potential. She has extensive experience in English language teaching and serves as a Cambridge Examiner, reaffirming her commitment to high-quality standards and a rigorous bilingual programme from the earliest years. Her leadership drives pedagogical transformation through innovative methodologies, the strategic integration of technology and ongoing support for the teaching team.
She has an outstanding academic career in the educational field, oriented towards excellence and pedagogical innovation. She serves as the Primary Years Programme (PYP) Coordinator, leading curricular processes aligned with the principles of the International Baccalaureate. Its work focuses on teacher accompaniment, the strengthening of pedagogical practices and the continuous improvement of learning. She has made significant contributions to the development of educational communities committed to comprehensive and quality education, promoting reflective, inclusive and student-centered learning environments.
She has more than 15 years of experience in the education sector, consistently contributing to the holistic development of students, and is recognised for her committed academic leadership. She currently serves as Coordinator of the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (MYP), where she leads and supports pedagogical processes aligned with IB standards. In addition, she works as a Science teacher, integrating innovative methodologies in the classroom. She holds a Master's degree in Technology and Educational Innovation.
She has a solid and sustained academic career in bilingual education. She has a Master's Degree in Auditing and Educational Consulting and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Linguistics with a mention in Literature, training that supports a pedagogical approach. She is accredited as an internal auditor under the ISO 9001:2015 standard, integrating quality and educational management standards into her professional practice. He has a C1 level of proficiency in English and CELT-S certification for secondary education, consolidating a strategic and highly competitive academic profile.
He holds a degree in Education Sciences and a Master's in Educational Management, with more than twenty-four years of experience in the education sector. Throughout his career, he has been involved in academic coordination and training management processes, contributing to the strengthening of projects aimed at the holistic development of students. His work focuses on institutional support, educational leadership and pastoral guidance, promoting a formative and reflective approach to discipline that fosters awareness, responsibility and continuous improvement. In his role, he champions an education grounded in values, sound judgement and a vision for the future.
He holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master’s degree in Innovation and Technology in Education from ECOTEC University. In the academic setting, he serves as Future Pathways Coordinator, Business Management Higher Level teacher and Year 13 tutor, supporting students in their learning, university and career guidance, and academic planning with an international outlook.

Educational Psychologist, with a Master's Degree in Educational Inclusion. She has 13 years of experience in our institution as a psychologist at the Baccalaureate level. During this time she has assumed various leadership roles, contributing to the formation of values of students, accompaniment in vocational guidance and the protection of minors through a rigorous safeguarding policy. She has accompanied Secondary students to the cultural and linguistic immersion program in England, where they strengthen their English language proficiency and cultural experience. In addition, since 2016 it has promoted student participation in the Interact Club of the Liceo Panamericano Samborondón and promotes inclusive and transformative education.
He has an administrative and leadership profile specialised in Human Talent Management and Occupational Health and Safety, supported by a background in Industrial Psychology and a Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety. He brings extensive experience in both higher education and K–12 education. In his role, he ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, identifies gaps and proposes improvements to prevent accidents, helping to maintain a safe working environment and demonstrating a strong commitment to high quality standards.
