At Liceo Panamericano Samborondón, every student is empowered to build deep, meaningful learning that shapes them into a confident, capable and responsible citizen - knowledgeable, intellectually curious and ready to think critically, act with purpose and make a positive contribution to the world around them.
First steps in a bilingual world
From the age of 2, children begin learning English with Pre Cambridge’s Early Steps programme. Through songs, games and sensory activities, they build vocabulary and understanding naturally, while developing the confidence to communicate in a global environment.
Communicating, understanding and creating
Students learn to communicate with confidence, improving their pronunciation, listening skills and love of language. Stories, songs and role-play spark their creativity, strengthening the foundations of thinking and expression from the earliest years.
Exploring the world of numbers
Mathematical learning is developed through a playful and practical approach. Children explore shapes, quantities and patterns through hands-on materials, games and simple challenges. This helps them develop reasoning skills, solve problems and enjoy learning through logic and curiosity.
Creativity, colour and self-expression
Art opens the door to creativity and self-expression. Children explore colour, texture and materials in both Spanish and English, developing fine motor skills, aesthetic awareness and the confidence to express what they feel and think.
Learning through curiosity
Inspired by international methodologies, this space encourages critical thinking and exploration. Children ask questions, experiment and discover the world around them with a sense of wonder. Each project brings together different areas of learning to help them understand the world in a holistic way.
Movement, wellbeing and healthy growth
Students take part in activities that strengthen their coordination, balance and motor skills. Through play and teamwork, they develop healthy habits, learn respect for others and understand the importance of physical activity in their overall development.

At LPS, students are guided by our core learning pillars to build strong academic foundations, develop essential social skills and grow in confidence in both English and Spanish.
Academic achievement
Enjoy personalised learning that continuously enhances knowledge, skills and understanding.
Gain essential life skills to thrive inside and outside the classroom.
Develop fluency in English while continuing to strengthen students’ home or first language.
We are clear about the knowledge and skills students need to thrive academically. Building on this, LPS offers innovative curricula, a research-informed approach to learning and high-impact assessment tools, all carefully designed to deepen understanding and support meaningful progress.
A strong commitment to ongoing development lies at the heart of our educational approach.
Across the ISP network, a shared learning framework is used to track performance against carefully chosen criteria shown to have the greatest effect on student learning. This allows us to refine our practice continually and enhance outcomes for every student.
Children develop essential life skills as they communicate with confidence, expressing their thoughts and ideas. They think creatively while working on art projects, solve problems through hands-on activities, and collaborate on team games.
Through classroom challenges, they adapt to new situations and, by participating in community projects, gain a sense of social responsibility. These experiences lay a solid foundation for their growth, supporting both their academic and emotional development.
Following the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework, our programmes introduce students to a multilingual environment from the earliest stages, nurturing a global outlook from the very beginning. Our team creates a safe and nurturing environment in which every learner feels valued, supported and inspired to thrive.Through this experience, they develop strong language skills, grow in confidence and are well prepared for the opportunities of an increasingly interconnected world.
The first years of life are key to the development of each child. From kindergarten to first grade, we accompany their learning through play and exploration.
